Shannon's Class -- Catch up day

Catch up day... Complete upstander voki and 3 Digital Passport badges.

• Next Time:  Students will think about how cell phones can be a help and a hindrance while using Twalkers on Digital Passport.

Hilgers' Class -- Info Text PowerPoint (Day 3)
Students used Mrs. Hilgers' powerpoint template (volcanoes) as a guide to create their individual powerpoint. Students learn to customize their PowerPoint and save their PowerPoint as jpegs.  Students learned to upload their saved jpegs to Voicethread.  Students uploaded and added fav paragraph comment to Voicethread.

• Next Time:  Finishing Info Text PowerPoint.  Students will learned to access and use voki.com to create talking avatars.  Students will log into Digital Passport and used E-volve to learn how to protect their selves and others from cyberbullies. After completing E-volve as time allows students will create voki's explaining how they could be an upstander. 

Barefoot's Class -- Edmodo Profile, Posting and beginnings of Share Jumper lesson
Students completed Ice Breaker part of Share Jumper Lesson. Students learned how to check their badges to verify whether or not they can post.  Students posted or messaged their goals for 2013 on their classes wall.

• Next time:  Students will learned to access the Digital Passport using their Edmodo library.  Students will log into the Digital Passport and started using Space Jumpers to learn about online privacy.
