Hale's Class -- Sound to Sea

Students were on the Sound to Sea field trip.

• Next Time:  While using Publisher make a thank you note for Sound To Sea.  Choose a Brod Bagert poem to create a presentation.  Students create a picture(s) using paint or PowerPoint.  Pictures will be uploaded to create a Voicethread and students will perform the poem.

Hoffert's Class -- Poetry VoiceThread (Day 3) and Jazz Research
Students finished Poetry VoiceThread as needed.  Students researched their specific jazz musician in the following order:

1. America the Beautiful (NC Wise>Grolier>America the Beautiful
2. Britannica Online (Elementary, Middle or High School -- as needed based on musician)
3. Portaportal Jazz Sites

 Reynolds' Class -- Keyboarding
Students accessed Dance Mat Typing folders in Edmodo.  Students launched Dancemat Typing website.  Students continued to develop keyboarding skills while using Dancemat Typing.

• Next Time:  Students will continue to practice keyboarding while using Dancemat Typing.
