Bolebruch's Class --  Discovery Education Board Builder Basics (Day 2)

Students will review how to use Board Builder within Discovery Education.  Students will continue to add text, pictures/images, videos and other files to their board.  Students will share their board with a teacher when board is completed. 

• Next Time:  Reviewing how to create a photostory.  Finishing McDonalds vs Burger King graphs and reflections.

Lee's Class --  Discovery Education and "Pond-er This" Virtual Lab (Day 2)
Watched and discussed Scientific Method video. Students reviewed how to access and log into Discovery Education.  Students met with their partner and completed student planning sheet. After teacher approved student plan, students used "Pond-er This" virtual lab within Discovery Education.  Students collected data from their virtual lab experiment and shared their findings.

• Next Time:  Finish Food Bank Research or NC County Project.  Continue to use Hour of Code

Barefoot's Class -- Keyboard Intro(Day 2)

Students learned how to access a keyboarding program, TypingWeb, using Edmodo.  Students reviewed how to sit correctly while keyboarding.  Students learned how they will be tested on keyboarding.

• Next Time:   Students will review how to access use keyboarding programs.  Students will practice keyboarding skills. Demo how to access and use another keyboarding program, Nitro Type.
