Monroe's Class --  Discovery Education Board Builder Basics
Students will learn to use Board Builder within Discovery Education.  Students will learn to add text, pictures/images, videos and other files to their board.  Students will learn to share their board with a teacher. 

• Next Time:  Using Discover Education's "Board Builder"  Finishing McDonalds vs Burger King graphs and reflections.

Lee's Class --  Discovery Education and "Pond-er This" Virtual Lab (Day 1)
Watched and discussed Scientific Method video. Students learned to access and log into Discovery Education.  Students were placed in random pairs using an online name generator.  Demo'ed how to access a Discovery Education assignment and the "Pond-er This" virtual lab.  Students worked in pairs to complete their "Pond-er This" student planning sheet.

• Next Time:  Finish "Pond-er This" lesson.  Finish Food Bank Research or NC County Project.  Continue to use Hour of Code

Barefoot's Class -- Keyboard Intro
Students learned how to access a keyboarding program, Dance Mat Typing, using Edmodo.  Students will learn sit correctly while keyboarding.  Students will learn how they will be tested on keyboarding.

• Next Time:  Demo keyboarding test for students.  Students will review how to access use keyboarding program.  Students will practice keyboarding skills. Demo how to access and use another keyboarding program, TypingWeb.
