Bolebruch's Class --  Edmodo -- Joining Groups
Students joined 3 groups (Apex ES group, 5th grade group and their homeroom group).  Students briefly learned how to create an avatar while using Pickaface.net.

Lee's Class --  "NC County" Project (Day 5)

Students learned how to add the URL's for their sources to their PowerPoint slides.  Students learned how to save their PowerPoint slides as jpegs for their NC County Project  Students learned how to import their jpegs into a new Voicethread.  Students continued working with their partner or by themselves to collect info about their assigned county for this project as well as creating their PowerPoint.

•  Next Time:  Students will finish creating their PowerPoint, importing their slides into Voicthread and adding their voiceovers. 

Barefoot's Class --  Practicing Basis Word Processing Skills (Day 1)
Students learned about the good choices (Making Connections, Uncle Fred How to Draw and Code Cracker).  Reviewed centering, applying bold and italics, color, font, size and underlining. Students opened their candy bar story from their home directory and continued to follow written directions to format O'Henry story.
